Create a new screen recording
Use your device's camera to create a new screen recording in Stream web app.
- Go to stream.office.com
- On the + New video recording button near the top left of the screen, select the down arrow to open a drop-down menu
- Select New screen recording
- Your entire screen
- An application window
- A Microsoft Edge tab
Select the option you want and then select the Share button.
Before recording starts, the camera will count down from three. Once recording begins, a progress bar will appear along the bottom of the screen.
To finish recording, select Pause. You'll then have the option to:
- Re-record
- Trim your recording and delete or re-order clips
- Save your recording and upload it to OneDrive for Business
To save your recording and upload it to OneDrive:
- Select the Upload button from the bottom-right of the screen
- Choose the location you want to save the recording to
- Select Upload
